Half Drunk Muse Poetry

Electro-Convulsive Therapy by Christopher Barnes

Her fadeout’s a motor-driven click
needling flinchings…

...Uma flapped, frothed at the absolute
of not-being, nowise.
A second split.

Rattlebrained she ticktacktocks
to fuzzy miracles—oozings
on a stand-aghast-at brink
with how-I-got-here sparks.
